More Information on Carnival "Mayan Gourmet Experience"

I'm looking for excursions to take my older parents on, which will not require a huge physical exertion, as they cannot walk long distances.  We are interested in the "Mayan Gourmet Experience" excursion through Carnival.  The reviews say there is about a 10 minute walk to the restaurant.  From what I can tell based on the pictures, even though it is not said explicitly, we would have to walk from the Carnival dock to the restaurant "Ix Kool".  Has anyone else done this excursion and maybe have a YouTube video showing it?  If this ends up being too far for them to walk, is there anything they might be able to do in Cozumel instead?
