Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (ED)

Looking to verify that we do not need to fill out any forms prior to cruising to Aruba for a single port day (and Curacao too). I believe I read on one Aruba government site that you do not need an ED digital card if staying less than 24 hours but haven't seen anything particularly specific to cruise passengers. I've found even less regarding Curacao or Colombia. Anyone stopped there recently, and were you required any additional forms other than your passport?
