Shore excursion on cancelled port

Hi All

 

What happens if you book shore excursion through NCL and the port is cancelled?  
 

Do you receive a full refund to your credit card?

it depends on  when the port is canceled

 

if the port is canceled before you get onboard the ship, the refund is sent to the payment method you used like the credit card. if the port is cancelled when you are onboard the ship during the cruise, the refund is added to your onboard account as a refundable credit that you can use for other things onboard the ship

It depends on when then excursion is cancelled.  If Pre-cruise, then your credit card is refunded.

However, if the excursion is cancelled onboard the ship, you receive refundable Onboard credits.
