davefire55 Posted March 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2023 Hello Friends, I have searched high and lo for a resolution to this issue and can't find anything so I decided to ask here and hope you wonderful people can help. My wife and I were on the Majestic last year for our honeymoon, and to celebrate our one year we will be on the Discovery, California coast leaving March 25th. My wife has some pain issues she normally self medicated with Canabis which is OBVIOUSLY not allowed nor would we ever try to sneak or risk it. However the enclave did WONDERS for her and kept a pep in her step that allowed her to enjoy the cruise with minimal pain! All this to say, we were wanting to purchase the 7 day pass again to ensure she has maximum comfort. However I am fearful of it selling out now that capacity has risen and wanted to ensure we have a pass. However when I attempt to purchase passes for us it the website only allows me to select one passenger, then the 7 day pass, and then takes me to my cart. Then if I click continue shopping and go back to the enclave screen even if I click a different passenger it just says "remove". Thus I cannot purchase a pass for both her and myself. I'm nervous to purchase it for one of us, check out, and then it say something along the lines of already purchased. I have called princess and they just said "dunno websites being funky just keep checking " but that was a month ago now. Any helpful ideas would be appreciated! Thank you for reading this long post for such a simple question but I'd hoped to help you all understand my strong desire for this pass as it could make or break my cruise. If you see a 30 year old guy with a beard and combover in black swim shorts with eyes all over them come say hi! It doesn't do a "already purchased" or anything as that is a fear of mine with the website. We were on the Enchanted and my personalized only showed Thermal Suite NOT the Enclave. And even when I tried to purchase the Thermal Suite, it would kick me out. I know from CC postings that others on the cruise were able to purchase Enclave. I called Princess - no success. I removed and add the app - no success. Finally I just made a recording of my experience on the app, went to the Spa ASAP after boarding and insisted I get the precruise price. Had a little bit of a fight, but nothing extreme. Did get it. So anyone who searches this topic and finds the same issue simply buying one, checking out and then buying the other works!
