Tampa to the port with 26 people - Uber or shuttle?

We had planned on just taking an Uber over to the port, but it looks like those prices are all over the place. With so many of us would you suggest a shuttle instead?  Any suggestions?

With 26 people I would try to find a shuttle service. Otherwise you are looking at 6-8 Ubers. I don't know of any shuttle services there.

I used Blue One Transportation a few years ago. I don’t know anything else about them, but they picked me up at airport and got me to cruise port quickly. This is the number I have for them.  1 (813) 282-7351

It’s about 10 miles from the Tampa airport to the cruise port. 
26 people would require several large UBER vehicles to get passengers and luggage to the port. 
I did see this shuttle site https://www.tpashuttles.com. Might be worth contacting them?
