I went to Grand Turk on Rotterdam in November, 2022 and there was no requirement for vax to get off the ship and go onto the island.  Last week I went to Grand Turk again, on Nieuw Amsterdam, and lots of people were turned away at the gangway and had to spend the day on the ship because of no proof of vax.  They are very inconsistent... but it does look like as of April 1, it will be official that they don't have any requirement.
