Best Beach Club / All Inclusive

Hi! Will be going to Amber Cover in May and I’m looking to book a beach day for 3 adults. 1 of us loves the ocean, one loves the beach and tanning, and the other shade and food/drinks. We’ve been to Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel and loved it, but also have been to some smaller private places that are quiet and we love those too. 
 

 Any that you recommend? Can be private or through Carnival.
