My Time Dining - Symphony of the Seas

We're booked on Symphony of the Seas in October.  The ship has overlapping iteneries.  We were originally booked to get on the ship in Barcelona and were able to make My Time Dining reservations.  In December with switched inteneries to get on the ship in Rome.  The new itenery does not allow us to make dining reservations even though its the same ship and the same dining rooms and some of the same dates.  I've contacted Royal Carribean numerous times and they keep telling me to wait.  I'm really concerned that there will be no decent dinner times available to us since the people on getting on in Barcelona have been able to choose their dining times since at least December.  Has anyone had trouble getting decent dining times on the during their cruise? Or had issues with overlapping iteneries?

Interporting has these issues and are unlikely to be fixed until on board.

Unfortunately, this was not advertised as an interport cruise.  We only just found out that it was part of the issue. We're wondering what other issues it'll cause.  We're considering cancelling the crusise.

They usually are not. RCI IT has had problems with planner/app items for years with this issue. Even once on board the app may not work totally/completely, but it should not be cause for cancellation. The app upgrade to v 1.14 today mentioned some multi-port issue fix though not sure it was referring to this. It could be that they'll fix some issue before sailing and planner items will become available - keep checking.

We are boarding in Rome on 5 June and can’t see or book neither dining or entertainment. At no stage where we advised by the NCL Cruise advisor re interporting and the ramifications it has caused.
