sassy~one Posted April 3, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2023 Hello, my sister and I are booked on her casino offer. The pay 100, get that 100 back. Pay port fees and tips. There could be a problem for her with the timing of this cruise due to unexpected circumstances. Will we both have to cancel? What happens if it's last minute? What happens with a no show? Thanks so much.
mz-s Posted April 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2023 Since it's her offer, if she's not on the cruise it's feasible they could charge you the prevailing rate for the room. I haven't heard of that happening, but the casino rate codes all state that the person who earned the offer must sail to get the rate.

The deposit would be lost, but the taxes/port fees would be refunded. Hope you both get to travel.
