Question about OBC & navigating website.

Hi

 

We are newbies to Cunard. I am used to working my way around our Princess personaliser.I wondered where on the Cunard site do I see an invoice that shows details of deposit paid, amount outstanding and OBC?

I wanted to use our OBC to part pay the drinks package, is that possible? 

When we made the booking they said it could be used towards the drinks package but when you try to checkout it asks for credit card details and I cant see a way to draw down on the OBC.

You can't spend on board credit until you are on board. You could use it to part pay for the drinks package but only at the higher on board price.

Details of price paid,outstanding and OBC will be on your confirmation/invoice.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I thought that might be the case with the OBC
