Does it make sense to book the steakhouse for the night before disembarkation

It's perfect for me; I always try and choose the Steakhouse the night before i have to be up very early for something, because it generally puts me right to bed!

its a lot of food   so no need to order the extras

not on the last night-   cant take food off the next day.
