Shaving plug

Do the bathrooms have the 2 pin shaver socket or just the American socket.

It may vary by cabin type but usually the plug there looks like a US style plug but has small holes next to the spade slots to allow a European plug to also be used.

I don't have an electric shaver and never had one.  But, on the other cruise line, when I was loyal to them, I found the outlet in the restroom above the mirror.  It looked weird but I tried to use it to charge my phone.  It wouldn't plug in, there is/was something unique about a shaver outlet, and no it wasn't the polarity thing. I didn't really care and didn't look too hard to find out why, I just plugged my phone into the living area outlet in the cabin.

So, if RCCL is the same, don't expect to use the bathroom plug for anything but a shaver.
