Are there currently 2 types of refreshment pkgs on RCCL?

Looking for current price on soft drink pkg only, and are all members in the stateroom required to purchase?

We have cruised many times with RCCL and have never purchased either.

There are 2 types of non alcohol packages. 
 

One is JUST soft drinks; the second is EVERYTHING without alcohol. 
 

There is no requirement for all persons in a cabin to purchase these packages.

Also, you are not supposed to share the packages. In my opinion, the Refreshment (all drinks excluding alcohol) is the best deal. Remember, some ships do not have the soda machines and the others seem to be "broken" sometimes. Cheers!
