Coffee package on Explorer of the Seas

Wondering whether to buy this but can't find out where premium coffees are served.
I assume Cafe promenade is complimentary, so where else would I use this?

The specialty coffees there are not and that's the main place to get them. Don't buy the card until on board after you ask the barista how many punches they use for the coffee you drink - then do the math to see if it makes sense - the on-board price is the same as the planner.
