oldmedic Posted March 12, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2006 Does any one know of an operator in Grand Cayman or Cozumel that will allow both divers and snorkelers on the same boat, and offers a resort course? We have a group of 8 going in December to key west,G.C. and Cozumel. soem of us are certified, one wants to do an intro to scuba and some just want to snorkel. trying to find a service that can accomidate all of us on one boat. Thanks!!

cccole Posted March 13, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 13, 2006 Last year in Cozumel we had divers and snorkelers and made arrangements with Scuba with Alison. It was fantastic for both groups and we have made arrangements with her again for this August. Last year in Grand Cayman we chartered a boat for all of us and it was just o.k. This year we are chartering another boat for 10 of us, divers and snorkelers, and are going to do a better job of picking the spots. GC is a bit harder because the best diving is not particularly the best for snorkelers. The Palancar Reef in Cozumel was absolutely beautiful. You can do a combined trip at both ports, it just takes a little work. Cherie
sportsterjohn Posted March 13, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 13, 2006 Eagle Ray in Coz and Neptune in GC will take both snorklers and divers. I have used both ops and both are decent.
