Dinner Question on 8:00 pm Sailing

We're on the 6/5 POH which departs Honolulu at 8:00 p.m. Those of you who have been on cruises that depart in the evening, what do they do about dinner? Is it regular dinner service or buffet service or both? Thanks for the info. Getting excited - 'specially after seeing the pictures of the POH underway today!
