Speciality dining

We have hardly managed to book any of the speciality dining options. They were all full, or had slots for 9.30, which we find a bit late. Is it possible to book speciality dining after boarding, or can we try to get tables to those restaurants from day-to-day while cruising?

Yes!  Go as soon as you get onboard.  Ask, if you need to, which place is taking care of Restaurant Reservations.

As is mentioned in ALL of the many other topics on specialty dining (but you're new so here goes) - NCL only opens a portion of the reservations prior to embarkation.  As soon as you board, make a bee-line for wherever the dining reservations are made on your ship (you don't say which ship so we can't tell you where) and get them booked.
