Question about buyer's choice incentives from a big box store

Recommended Posts

I'm hoping someone could make sense of this as the hold times have been to long when I've tried calling.

They have certain incentives as the cruise I like is considered a buyers choice cruise...

I cannot quite understand how the incentives work especially if I'm a solo traveler.

  • USD 50 Spa credit for two (age 18 and older, select services, port days only) If I'm going solo does this mean I get $100?
  • 200-minute Internet Package
  • USD 25 Casino Play for two (ages 18 and older) So is this a total of $50 I would get?
  • Specialty Dining Package for two: Receive one specialty dining nights during your cruise Am I able to have someone on the cruise who doesn't have a specialty dining plan come with me for a free meal or would they have to pay a la carte?
  • Additional 150-minute Internet package (per person, up to two guests)   Very confused because above it says 200 minutes so is it 350 minutes then?
  • USD 50 Shore excursion discount (per excursion, per stateroom) While I typically book independently and not with the line, does this mean $50 at each port or just $50 total?

The dining package and shore excursion discount look like NCLs standard free at sea offers. If so then the dining package is given per person (it shows up on your individual account), so you would just get one meal for one.

The shore excursion benefit is per excursion per cabin. Even if you don’t usually do NCL excursions it is worth checking them as it can make some very cheap (we are getting a lift to Pompeii and back from Naples for 1p for example).

The $50 is PER EXCURSION, so you could do an excursion in each port and get $50 off AND you could even do two excursions in a port and get the $50 off each excursion (if time allows and you can book two)
