Carnival Panorama Family Harbor Lounge Computer Terminals

We are taking our first cruise in June, and have a Family Harbor room.  On their website it states they have 2 computer terminals for use for a fee, but o other info beyond that.  I called customer care, and they could not find any info either, stating you will just have to see once you're on the cruise.  Does anyone know how much they cost, and what you can do with them?  Specifically could you use messenger apps etc?  Seems like on sea days it could be cheaper than paying for a wifi plan when all you want to do is check in back home on the pups with the Mother in Law.  🙂  If anyone has more specifics it would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks, Dylan!

the fee is just paying for the wifi plan. there are no apps on the computers other than a web browser. if you buy the Social plan you should be able to go to facebook.com on the computers at least.
