"Team member fare" what does this mean?

On the NCL website some of the cruises have "Team member fare" under them. Anyone know what this means?

 

It only comes up on maybe about 5% of the cruises on ncl website.

Looks like they updated website and doesn't show up again now

Interesting, I have been seeing this on some cruises today - I am guessing another system glitch.  Probably not supposed to see these fares.

I saw it too, for Joy's Transatlantic in February. Gosh I wish I had the time off!

If you see it again make a "trial booking" and see what happens.   VBG

Once you click into the details, normal price returns.

I suspect it is a special fare for travel agents or employees of NCL or other associates.
