Sadly the P&O website is notorious for being rubbish. Many things are not specific to an individual ship or cruise. I'm on an adult only ship this summer and when I look at excursions on the website it gives child prices as well as adult.

Cabin E72 is an outside obstructed view. These are nice cabins imho. Large floor to ceiling windows and E72 will be partially obstructed by a lifeboat. Looking at the deck plan, it seems to be situated between two lifeboats so the obstruction is likely to be less than some of the other cabins on that deck.
