Rotterdam activities on board on port days

We are scheduled for a Feb Carribean cruise but want to stay on board rather than visit ports--have been there. In your experience will there be any/much activity on board that we can participate in? Trying to decide between Rotterdam and Zaandam.

Rotterdam has more food options open on port days  ( we love that ship )

We see spent 31 days on the Rotterdam a few months ago. Don’t expect much in the way of activities, but port days at the aft pool are wonderful since it’s so much quieter than sea days.
