Vy Ticket

I've purchased all my tickets for a DIY Nutshell tour.  The .pdf ticket I got with the purchase has a QR code.  I also have the Vy app.  It shows my bookings but there is no QR code.  Do I need to print off paper tickets or is the app sufficient?  Thanks

The app is fine. The bar code and validation image will appear shortly before the departure time. I haven’t figured out exactly when, but it’s less than 24 hours before.

 

Also, in most places the trains have WiFi,  so if you don’t have local cell service, you can still update the ticket in the app.
