JDRMYS Posted March 14, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2006 We've just booked #7142 on the Noordam based on Candy's posts about the sizes of the verandas of the aft cabins on the other Vista class ships. Looking closely at the Noordam deck plan, however, it seems that the aft verandas on the Noordam might be narrower than those on the older ships. It may seem fussy, but we tend to spend much of our time duing the day on our veranda while on a cruise and we like it to be as large as possible. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of these aft decks? Thanks for any information.
RevNeal Posted March 14, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Yes, I do. I was on the Noordam for her maiden voyage. Here are some photos looking down upon the aft verandah cabins from the aft lido deck, abaft the pool. In short, the aft Verandahs are smaller on the Noordam than on the other Vistas.
