Recommend you do some research to include watching some of the many available YouTube videos.  

Lots of boats go out there, and there will be a variety of ladder types in and out of the water. 

You can see for yourself if you can find one that would suit your needs. 

 

The water is not very deep.

The one company with an easy access stairway (not a ladder) into the water WAS Marineland Tours.  I’m not sure if they’ve started up again, I had read that they didn’t survive the lockdown but that was a while ago.  I’d suggest trying to contact them (preferably by phone) and see if they are running.  If they aren’t, maybe the operator can recommend someone with a similar water entry system on their boats.
