Club Royale Website issues

Is anyone else having issues with viewing their offers on the Club Royale Website?

I can select one set of offers & view them.  However, when i exit out & select another, I receive a blank page an error 

that says, Lookup Again Please.  Of course I have sent several emails to RC to assist me in fixing this.  They recommend I not use my phone....I dont...I use my desktop computer

If you refresh the page, it will fix the problem you are experiencing.

Not the best instruction / wording by RC.  Lookup again means hit the "lookup" button again and then view another offer.  Refreshing the page also works.

I tried both suggestions and it now works fine......thanks so much
