Douro River Cruise Thoughts

I forgot to add that while visiting the vineyards along the river, we were told temperatures can get up to 110 degrees in the summer.  So, there is no way I would recommend this cruise in the that season..

Regarding your request, there is a website in which you can check the water level at the diferent dams throughout the river.

 

It changes about every 30 minutes, so it is always updated.
