Celebrity Question

I've noticed lately that many of Celebrity's ships have different paint schemes in different photos. A recent photo of the Millennium depicts a much different paint scheme then I've seen in most internet photos. Below is a link to a photo of the Millennium. Is this the most recent paint scheme that Celebrity is using on it's ships? When were the ships repainted this way?

I was checking my photos. Millenium had that paint scheme in your picture in 2003-2005. I have sailed her 4 times. The first time I sailed her in 2001 she had the blue hull with gold (My personal Favorite). I haven't seen her since her recent dry dock. Maybe others have.

The Millennium class ships have been repainted to match the other classes of Celebrity ships. After being on the Zenith, Century, Galaxy, and Mercury, the first time we saw the Millennium with its dark blue, white, gold and red color scheme it felt as if we were going to board a different cruiseline because the ship wasn't painted in the traditional Celebrity colors. (Of course, once we were onboard, the Celebrity treatment was the same.) The blue was much darker than Celebrity previously used, and the gold to me was ugly and with the red letters thrown in the mix - she looked dowdy.

It was a pleasant change when they repainted her to match the original fleet colors. When boarding after the repainting it was definitely a feeling of coming home and that we were boarding a Celebrity ship.
