It's usually the last formal night that the lobster makes it to the MDR dinner menu.  On Royal class ships, the MDR Dinner Menu is usually posted in the morning outside the starboard aft entrance of the World Fresh Marketplace/Horizon Court.  

It's also on the app - no need to make a trip.
