Transfer from Quebec city pier to Jean Lesage airport

We have a flight booked at 12:20 to Toronto. The ship is in Quebec city overnight, so we can get off at the earliest opportunity.

We're thinking that we will have to keep our suitcases in our cabin and exit with them to make it to the airport in time.  Is that okay?  The options are organized transfer or cab.  Organized shuttle is outrageously priced.  Has anyone done this before?  What do you suggest?

You should be able  leave your bags out if you want get off by 9 am with plenty of time  to get to the YQB  by UBER or Taxi

If going to YUL  that is  a different ballgame

We caught a flat-rate taxi from our hotel to the airport (within walking distance of the terminal) pre-pandemic for $35 and it took 25 mins. I would certainly have no qualms about catching a 12:20 flight to Toronto from the cruise port.
