Rare Keith1010 Posted July 13, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2023 I wanted to give a shout-out to on board guests services. I have found their responses to be timely and thorough. Sometimes, they immediately have the answer. If they do not, they will respond to say they have reached out to another department or in one case the other department responded back to me directly to say they were looking into it for me and would get back to me.
