Carnival Website good & bad!

I was on the website just surfing for prices even though we aren't going until next year!!

 

Would you believe I got a phone call the next day from a Carnival Agent they said that I was on the website and wanted to know if they could help me or if I had any questions!!!

 

I saw on the caller id that it said Florida call so I didn't pick it up!!

 

Is this High Sales or good!!

Whats your take....

 

I told my husband all I did was look at the website!!

Ok, I'm jealous, I can not get them to respond to my emails and visit their site every day to look at my countdown to my cruise. How did you luck out or is it just the sales dept calling?

I believe it was a Sales Rep and then I got an email from the same person...telling me who he was and his extension!!

I got the same treatment (call & email) from a rep the day after I FIRST signed up on their website. I was also browsing through the booking information. I think that's probably what triggers it.

I did too. But I thought it was great he ansewered my questions and didn't try to talk me into anything. Just said let him know if I had any questions. I did book later threw a ta and we are going on the Glory 10/23/2004 can't wait.

I've used the same Carnival PVP for my past three cruises, as well as the upcoming one.

 

BUT - just a few months ago, I was 'browsing' on the Carnival website, just checking things out. Next day, my PVP called and said she noticed I had been on the website and wanted to know if she could help me with anything.

 

Scary.

 

 

Kinda makes me wonder just WHO all is looking in at every site I visit........ I thought this was kinda weird: A coupla weeks ago, I was replying to a thread here about coffee. Next thing I know, I've got coffee ads popping up all over the place!

I also got a call after a web site visit. I told the guy that I had a PVP with Carnival and that was the last I heard from him. I do find that everyone at Carnival will help in any way they can. I am very happy booking with Carnival.
