Hotel with access to Miami cruise port during Miami marathon.

Does anyone have a Hotel that has worked well to get to Miami cruise port the morning of the Miami marathon. We got tied up in traffic and took forever to get to the cruise port this past January. Any help would be appreciated.  TIA
