Debarkation time

On Preziosa in October and needing to reserve our car /driver in Southampton.
 

Last year, we had less luggage and just carried our own bags off the ship at the end of the cruise because we needed to catch a specific early train in Genoa. 

 

this time, we will have more luggage so we will put it outside the door the night before. About how long will it take for us to get our bags if our paperwork says to leave the ship at 7 am?

If you disembark at 7am, your luggage will be waiting for you at the port.

 

The longest time it takes is the line for the group to disembark - when we queued up, there were some who had to be the first in line so they ran from the meeting point to the exit gangway as soon as the group was called.

 

Make sure you have your cruise cards as they will scan it as you leave indicating to the ship that you have departed.

7am is early! If you dint are in YC or diamond its not works to desembark so early. 

It takes time to put all the luggage at the port and they work with the colors if the groups.
Selfdebark with our luggage its also possible.

When we got off virtuosa in sept last year they were checking your luggage tags to make sure you’d been called, May be worth asking on board for the first available time, if you need to debark early.
