Can’t order wine or beer

I was wanting to order some bottled waters and a 4 pack of beer for my cabin before embarkation. I have the cheers pkg but thought it’d be nice to have some drinks in the cabin without having to leave and  bring a drink back to the cabin everytime I wanted one. It allows me to order water but when I click on beer, it’s not added. I expect to pay for it, maybe it’s free since I have the cheers pkg?

I could be wrong, but I believe that if you have Cheers, you are not permitted to buy alcohol for your cabin.

I was able to buy beer for cabin with cheers in April.  Could it be limited because of cruise length?
