Slot machines on Oasis of the Seas

I will be on the Oasis in Sept 2023. I am not a prime member of the casino royale so I cannot go to the cashier to get cash without the 5% fee. I was on the Allure in 2019 and I was able to go to any slot machine and charge an amount up to 500 to my seapass without any fee. I did not have to play the entire amount and I could cash it in at any time and use the balance on the voucher in any machine or just cashing in the voucher. Is this also available on the Oasis of the seas.
