singleflyer Posted August 14, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2023 I am looking at using a My Next Virgin Voyage deposit on the Brilliant Lady maiden voyage. However, I am wondering what happens if it gets cancelled because of a delay in the ship delivery? Any ideas or historical data on what happens if you use a MNVV and then the sailing is cancelled? Thanks!
Rare cantgetin Posted August 14, 2023 #2 Share Posted August 14, 2023 Historically, your MNVV certificate is restored with all benefits attached, and you get more in future cruise credits than you have paid as a deposit toward the cruise that got canceled. Whether those generous credits will continue is a big guess.
CanadianCruiser21 Posted August 14, 2023 #3 Share Posted August 14, 2023 Recent reports say that the Brilliant Lady is on schedule and is being decorated now.
Rare CruisingWalter Posted August 15, 2023 #4 Share Posted August 15, 2023 If the sailing is cancelled by VV you will get everything restored. If you cancel most likely you'll get FVC but I don't know if the $600 OBC benefits will be retained.
