MSC shuttles ??

Hi, hoping to book the Christmas markets cruise in December but can’t find any information as to whether MSC provide shuttle buses to town centres or if you have to rely on their excursions to get to any of the Christmas markets in Rotterdam, Hamburg and Le Harve? 
any help would be much appreciated.

MSC has shuttles to town centers at these three ports. For the Christmas markets these shuttles are probably much more useful than the excursions.
