Conch fritters, Grand Turk,Jack's shack

Looked for a price list of Grand's shack, and could not find.  I am intersted to know, how much conch fritters are.  Thank you

There might be a picture of a menu on their FB site.  But for comparable pricing, the Beached Whale at the port has them for $11.95.  I would guess that if the same cook is still at Jack's, Jack's would be better.

Prices may have changed, but in Cockburntown, the  Sandbar charges $16 with fries.  But Edith's Fish Fry at john's Ocean View has fritters for $10.  Both of these places do fritters right.

Crewsweeper,  What was the name of Jack's dog?  We had fritters there many years ago and watched the dog dig and splash.  I think that it was Toffer.

I think you're correct, but Toffer died a few years back.  There are some other dogs there now.  Jack no longer owns the place.

Yep, it was Topher and he loved chasing balls into the surf. Was sad to hear of his passing and also that Jack sold the bar. Haven’t been since the new owners took over.
