Sapporo/Otaru and Tokyo tours

I'm having difficulty finding tours for Sapporo/Otaru and Tokyo. Does anyone have any suggestions? I keep on drawing blanks!

Tokyo: It appears Oceania ports at the Harumi Terminal. That is in Tokyo. Most larger cruise ships port in Yokohama. Keep that in mind when looking. Ask,,, 

 

Personal Opinion, stay clear of the Shibuya crossing. It is a tourist location not worthy of what Tokyo is. Ok, my opinion. The Temples are a great place to visit. We spent 5 days and just scratched the surface.
