Robes in Fantástica cabin on Seaside

As subject implies, are robes available in Fantástica balcony cabin?  If not, can your steward bring one?  Thanks!

Robes are only provided in Aurea cabins or Yacht Club. 

Unless, if you're a Diamond level Voyagers Club member then they'll be provided at any cabin experience level, as one of the VC Club benefits.

As a Diamond level VC, out 4 sailings 2 times robes and slippers were in the cabin on the first day, 1 time we asked for them and the last time they forgot it all together and did not have diamond priority departure/diamond party and other benefits as stated on the provided list.  MSC very inconsistency on their benefits. On last cruise they did not bother to send out an email for the survey.  MSC might get too famous to care how they had performed.
