Tours from Punta Arenas to Magdalena: Fiordos Del Sur?

Looking for a tour to see the penguins on Magdalena. I want to avoid the public ferry. The Oosterdam arrives in Punta Arenas at 10, departs at 10. Does anyone have any personal experience with any tour companies? Has anyone used Fiordos Del Sur?  My concern with the company is that we need to prepay and if the ship doesn’t make the port, no refund is given.

We are also planning excursions for Feb and Punta Arenas is on our itinerary. I would have serious issues booking with a prepayment that would not be refunded if the port is cancelled. I hear loud warning bells…
