How to apply OBC certificates?

After our last cruise, I had a few comments that were forwarded off to the executive team. Along with their response, they gave us two Certificates (numbered) of OBC (NOT FCC) to be used at a future date. We sail next week and before I call and wait for an hour, I was hoping someone else has done this and applied them to an already booked cruise.

Never heard of a OBC certificate.   I'd assume you contact whomever you booked with and have them apply it to your sailing.  Like an FCC.  Good Luck.

It was a first for me as well so I will call and see what they can do.
