Accommodating Gluten Free

First time with Celebrity next month on the Eclipse.  One of our party has celiac disease and is therefore limited to gluten free food options.  How is Celebrity with accommodating these needs?  Any tips and recommendations would be appreciated.

You will have no problem, just let your dining staff know.  In the buffet you can ask where the gluten free items are.  My daughter has Celiac and has to eat gluten free, she has never had an issue.

I don't have personal experience with this, but on our last cruise, the Maitre d' at Blu visited one of our party who has celiac daily with the following day's menu.  The person placed her order at that time;  she never had a problem.

Just came off the Eclipse, I have coeliac disease and was well catered for both in the buffet and main dining room.  Dissapointed no cake on offer in coffee shop though.
