Contacting Voyager’s Club

How long does it usually take the MSC Voyager’s Club to respond to emails? I received an auto reply that they received it, so I know it went to the correct email address. The Customer Service number has told me that the only way to reach them is email. I’m going on two weeks now with no response.

If it's more than a couple weeks, follow up with another email. Include the original information or copy of the original email. When I had an issue, I had to follow up with a second email after not getting a response in 3-4 weeks. Then I got a prompt response.
