App not Working Today

I have had trouble logging into the app all day.

 

I got in at one point this morning but tonight it’s saying there is a problem.

 

Anyone having similar problems?

Yes, mine is down again today, even after after working with VV tech support yesterday to get it working. Due to the cancelations, there are thousands more individuals trying to access the app and their accounts this week than last. Their tech was already glitchy, but they definitely dont have the infrastructure for the extra traffic.

Just checked mine - it’s working for me.

It's working (if slowly) although I cannot switch between my two upcoming cruises. (I was able to earlier this week, before the rebooking chaos really kicked in.)

Mine has not worked for the last couple of hours. I was trying to book dinner reservations....

 

Im not sure why VV hasn't been able to rebuild a working app with a backend. Unfortunately, the App has been a consistent issue.

Now today, I can’t access the app at all.

 

I have tried on phone and iPad, but no joy

App is working for me today. I am also able to quickly switch between different upcoming voyages.

I did delete and reinstall the phone app yesterday, and that seemed to straighten everything out.
