How to kill time in MIA before flight home

We're taking NCL out of Miami in March and the flight times home aren't ideal. There are some late morning flights that are cutting a little too close, and then late afternoon/evening flights. Looking for suggestions on how to burn 8 hours with a family of 9 (including a toddler) with luggage to avoid a day at the airport. Any thoughts?

You are probably OK with a  NOON flight   if that is possible
