Based on other threads discussing this subject, I believe this is the only cruise impacted, at present. I believe other HAL cruises are still scheduled for partial transits, as are ships from other cruise lines.

 

Therefore, the reason for the change could be one of many, which could be as simple as planned maintenance will reduce the ship's speed, so they are unable to make the Canal.
