Junkanoo Beach or Goodman's Bay Beach in Nassau?

This will be our second time in Nassau.  We did the bus tour the first time.  It was meh.  We decided we would walk to Junkanoo Beach  because we didn't want to pay for a beach club for only a few hours.  But now my knee is acting up and do not think I can walk that far.  Now I read there is another free beach at Goodman's Bay where you can take a public bus to from the port.  Has anyone been there?  Does it compare with Junkanoo?  Is it as crowded?

We walked to Junkanoo it took about a half hour from getting off Oasis.  We talked to others there is van or taxi for 5.00 each which is what we did on the way back.   2 chairs and 1 umbrella was 40.00 we got them down to 30.00.  Sketchy beach and area security is around so just don't leave anything on beach chair if you go into water.  We enjoyed a few hours there and would go again.  Not  many beach choices in Nassau.
