Cab from Mountain Top to Crown Bay?

We will be on Wonder of the Seas in a few weeks and want to take a cab from the port to Magen's Bay and then head to Mountain Top before returning to Crown Bay.  Would we be able to get a cab right at Magen's Bay to go to Mountain Top?  When we want to leave Mountain Top, how would we get a cab to return to Crown Bay?  Several years ago we took a cab to Mountain Top and had the driver wait for us while we had drinks and shopped but she came into the store after a short time and said she had to leave.  We'll have people with us who have never been there and we would like to spend time there and not be rushed.  From what I've read, there aren't cabs readily available at Mountain Top. Would we be able to call for a cab from Mountain Top?  Thanks for any advice.
